Duplicate, spam, or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove any listing without prior notice.
Online Hands only facilitates connections between buyers and sellers.
We do not guarantee the quality, condition, or legality of listed vehicles.
Users must independently verify vehicle details before completing a transaction.
Any transaction is solely between buyer and seller.
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or illegal content
Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to bypass platform security or misuse services
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Posting basic listings may be free.
Certain premium features or promotions may be paid.
All applicable charges will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
All content on the Platform, including logos, design, text, and graphics, is the property of Online Hands and may not be used without permission.
Online Hands shall not be liable for:
Any direct or indirect damages arising from transactions
Losses due to fraudulent users or listings
Disputes between buyers and sellers
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
