4. Our support team will verify and process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

What is deleted: Your profile data, active listings, contact preferences, and device data will be permanently removed from our active database.

What is kept: We may retain certain transaction records and financial data for a period of up to 1 year as required by law for tax, audit, and legal compliance purposes.
