Online Hands is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of second-hand vehicles. We do not directly participate in transactions between users. Therefore:
We are not responsible for refunds related to vehicle purchases or deals made between users.
All transactions between buyers and sellers are final and at their own risk.
Online Hands may offer paid services such as:
Featured Listings
Premium Ad Promotions
Other value-added services
These payments are made to enhance listing visibility and platform experience.
All payments made for premium services are non-refundable once the service is activated.
This includes cases where:
The listing does not receive expected responses
The user decides to remove the listing early
The vehicle is sold through another platform
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment due to technical error
Payment deducted but service not activated
System error or failed transaction
In such cases, users must contact support within 7 days of the transaction.
Users may cancel their premium services before activation (if applicable).
Once a paid feature is live, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
